Carrefour Coaticook had lost its spark with local young adults. We reinvented their name, identity, employer brand and space design to give them back what they deserved: a clear, inspiring and vibrant voice.

Sometimes, forgetting to put yourself forward… means forgetting to be yourself.

When the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi of the Coaticook region came to us, one thing was clear: their target audience (18–35) didn’t see them anymore. The name was too long, the brand image outdated, and their message no longer resonated. The result? A vital mission that was fading into the background. We decided it was time for a total transformation. The first step was a shorter, more impactful name: Carrefour Coaticook. Then came a fresh, inclusive visual identity supported by a strong employer brand, designed to embody the values of both the team and the community. To complete the experience, we reimagined their office design so that the physical space would reflect the new brand energy. Today, Carrefour Coaticook finally lives up to its mission: a place where young adults feel seen, welcomed, and most importantly… free to be themselves.
