THE CHALLENGE
Transforming an institutional identity into a movement brand. The Chamber of Commerce needed to evolve to reflect its new reality: no longer just a service organization, but a real driver of regional economic transformation. The challenge was to create an identity that inspires as much as it informs, that represents the diversity of thousands of entrepreneurs while respecting 100+ years of history, and that positions the Chamber as an impact leader rather than a simple facilitator. It was necessary to develop a brand platform that could unify and mobilize. Our approach? Start from the essentials. Ask the real questions. Building an identity that resonates with authenticity and ambition.
OUR CONTRIBUTION
Complete strategic overhaul — from brand platform to visual identity. At LX, we have carried out an in-depth transformation process, challenging every perspective to achieve an exceptional identity. From brand strategy (defining who they really are, their unique impact, their raison d'être beyond the functional) to positioning (moving from organization to movement, articulating their distinctive value in the regional ecosystem), through the brand platform (narrative territory, key messages, tone of voice), visual identity (strong and modern graphic signature that embodies the collective in action) and the complete deployment of communication tools — each step has been designed to create total consistency. The result: a brand that mobilizes, that inspires confidence, and that carries the collective voice of an entire entrepreneurial region.
